MEDITATION

Meditation is an inherent part of Kundalini Yoga.

The exercise sequences get in touch with your body consciousness. This will activate and balance your left side of the brain which is responsible for the rational part of the mind.

Meditation, on the other side, especially triggers your right side of the brain which  mainly relates to relaxation and intuition. It provides a better understanding of your mental and emotional processing.

The aim of meditation is to let go of all thoughts to allow peace and quiet, and thus reach a higher state of consciousness.

Meditations release your inner tensions as your mind becomes quiet and clear through concentration. Feelings and thoughts take a backseat which will give you inner balance and strength, creating emotional calmness.

“Meditation is a duty toward the self. The moment you become aware of the self, you become beautiful to self because the moment you concentrate on self, your frequency changes and the universe around you changes also. This is a cosmic law.“
– Yogi Bhajan –
